How long does shipping take?

Most US orders arrive within 7–14 days. Every NERV piece ships free from our UAE studio.

Is the frame included with the poster?

No — we ship the print on its own so you can choose a frame that matches your room. The Caravan at Midnight print fits standard 13×18 cm (5×7 in) frames.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day defect warranty. If your piece arrives damaged or doesn't match the listing, we'll replace it. Reach us at support@nervshop.com.

Where are the pieces made?

Every NERV piece is hand-printed in the United Arab Emirates, then shipped worldwide.

Do you offer a discount on first orders?

How do I care for my piece?

Fine art prints: keep out of direct sunlight to preserve color. Wood prints: dust with a soft cloth. Tote bags: machine wash cold, hang dry.
