Return and Exchange Policy
Every NERV product is made to order, so we don't accept refunds for change of mind. Here's what we do offer:
Free Exchanges Within 14 Days
Not thrilled with your order, or ordered the wrong size or design? We'll swap it for a different design, size, or product - just pay return shipping. To request an exchange, email support@nervshop.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and what you'd like instead. We'll send return instructions the same business day (Sunday to Thursday).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it free of charge. Email support@nervshop.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll ship a replacement immediately and cover return shipping.
